
TERMS OF SERVICE
NORDIN
§1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the website operated under the domain www.nordin.pl, its subdomains, and all functionalities made available through this website (collectively referred to as the “Service”).
The owner and operator of the Service is NORDIN limited liability company, with its registered office in Gdynia, operating in accordance with Polish law.
The Terms are binding and apply to all persons using the Service, regardless of the form, scope, or purpose of such use.
By using the Service, the user confirms that they have read these Terms, fully accept them, and undertake to comply with their provisions.
§2. Nature and Function of the Service
The Service has an informational, operational, and auxiliary character and is intended, in particular, to present NORDIN’s business activities, enable contact, support recruitment and HR processes, and facilitate communication with selected groups of users.
All information, materials, documents, and functionalities available within the Service are of a general nature and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Use of the Service, including account registration, submission of forms, applying for job offers, or accessing documents, does not result in the automatic conclusion of any agreement with NORDIN.
Any legal relationship between NORDIN and users arises solely on the basis of separate, individual agreements.
§3. No Employment, Civil Law, or Business Relationship
Use of the Service does not establish an employment relationship, civil law relationship, agency relationship, partnership, or any other legal relationship between the user and NORDIN.
The Service does not constitute a tool for concluding contracts, submitting binding declarations of intent, or incurring obligations on the part of NORDIN.
The user acknowledges that any information available within the Service does not constitute an assurance or guarantee of cooperation, employment, or achievement of specific results.
§4. Types of Accounts and Scope of Access
The Service may provide accounts assigned to specific roles, including in particular: employee, candidate, client, partner/agency, and agent.
The scope of access to the Service’s functionalities is determined by NORDIN on a case-by-case basis and may vary depending on the user’s role, type of cooperation, and current status.
An account may be created either through the user’s self-registration or by manual assignment of access by NORDIN.
NORDIN reserves the right to refuse account creation, limit its functionality, or modify the scope of access without providing a reason.
§5. Temporary Nature of Access to the Service
Access to the Service and all its functionalities is temporary in nature and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
NORDIN reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the Service, its parts, or specific functionalities, in particular for technical, organizational, legal, or security reasons.
NORDIN does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free access to the Service.
§6. User Account Security
The user bears full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials.
The user is obliged not to disclose access data to third parties and to immediately notify NORDIN of any breach of account security.
NORDIN shall not be liable for the consequences of unauthorized access to the account resulting from the user’s actions or omissions.
§7. Suspension, Limitation, and Deletion of Accounts
NORDIN has the right to suspend, limit, or permanently delete a user account at any time.
These rights may be exercised in particular in the event of a breach of the Terms, termination of cooperation, security threats, or obligations arising from applicable law.
Suspension or deletion of an account does not give rise to any claims by the user against NORDIN.
§8. Prohibited Activities and IT Security
Use of the Service in a manner contrary to law, the Terms, or principles of good conduct is prohibited.
The user undertakes not to engage in any activities that may compromise the security of the Service, including attempts at unauthorized access, introduction of malicious software, or disruption of IT systems.
NORDIN reserves the right to take all legal actions, including reporting violations to the competent authorities.
§9. Content and Disclaimer of Warranties
Content made available within the Service is for informational and auxiliary purposes only.
Such content does not constitute legal, tax, HR, or any other form of professional advice.
Any decisions made by the user based on the Content are taken at the user’s sole responsibility.
§10. Limitation of Liability
NORDIN shall be liable solely for damages caused by intentional misconduct.
NORDIN shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, business interruptions, loss of data, or other consequences arising from the use of the Service.
Use of the Service is at the user’s sole risk.
§11. Intellectual Property
All content within the Service is the property of NORDIN or authorized entities.
Copying, modification, distribution, scraping, data extraction, or any other use of the Content without NORDIN’s prior written consent is prohibited.
Use of the Service does not result in the acquisition of any intellectual property rights.
§12. Personal Data Protection

The Terms should be read in conjunction with these documents.
§13. Amendments to the Terms
NORDIN reserves the right to unilaterally amend the Terms at any time.
The current version of the Terms is published within the Service.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the amendments.
§14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Terms are governed by Polish law.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of NORDIN in Gdynia.
§15. Final Provisions
The Terms enter into force on the date of publication.
In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
